Vážení přátelé,
nabízíme vám možnost pobytu na kulturně-umělecké akci v Igea Marina - Rimini, Itálie. Zúčastnit se mohou folklorní soubory, sbory, skupiny mažoretek a moderního tance, muziky apod.

Kulturní léto se koná v srpnu (třetí týden) 2010.

Během pobytu mají soubory možnost navštívit:

 - Ti, jenž budou mít autobusovou dopravu, mohou během cesty navštívit Benátky a během pobytu San Marino, Rimini a Itálii miniatur*. Po cestě zpět mají možnost navštívit Florencii, Padovu a Veronu. Na souboru záleží která města navštíví během cesty tam a zpět. Organizátor má soubory na starost od příjezdu na hotel.

• Itálie miniatur je zábavný park v Itálii, jejich vstupenky nejsou zahrnuty v ceně pobytu. Soubory, které se včas přihlásí mají možnost vystoupit v parku a tímto získat volný vstup. Webová adresa parku: www.italiainminiatura.com.

-         Soubory, které dorazí letecky, dodatečně platí transfer autobusem z letiště na místo pobytu a zpět. Ze strany organizátora mají zajištěnu prohlídku San Marina a přepravu do Itálie miniatur. Jsme vám schopni zajistit i další dopravu po dohodě.

-         Pro další případné výlety jsme vám schopni zajistit dopravu a sdělit její cenu.

-         pobyt je šest dnů s plnou penzí (bez cesty)

-         ubytování v hostelu

-         každý pokoj má koupelnu

-         teplá voda 24 hodin denně

-         strava je 3 x denně

-         během pobytu jsou organizována vystoupení souborů

Ve volném času probíhají organizované aktivity:

-         program mají na starosti profesionální animátoři, kteří denně připravují souborům, jenž mají zájem, řadu aktivit a různé druhy zábavy - škola plavání, hry bez hranic, diskotéka apod.

Výše uvedená nabídka je za cenu 210 Euro na osobu. Pro rezervaci pobytu je nutno uhradit 50 Euro na osobu, zbývajících 160 Euro se hradí po příjezdu do hostelu.

V ceně není zahrnuto povinné zdravotní pojištění a každý soubor si jej musí uhradit sám.

Vstupy do muzeí, zábavných parků, stadionů a na loď nejsou v ceně pobytu.

V ceně není parkovné a check pointy autobusů (Benátky, Florencie a Verona).  V případě, že soubor pojede na prohlídku Benátek, navrhujeme Vám parkování na parkovišti Punta Sabbioni, kde je taxa levnější. Máme možnost zajistit rezervaci lodi, která vás doveze blízko Piace San Marco a opět vrátí k autobusu. Informaci o ceně za osobu vám sdělíme na požádání.

Denní pracovní program

Každodenní aktivity:

-         ranní cvičení, strečink (8.15)

-         snídaně (8.30-9.30)

-         vodní aktivity, škola plavání (10.00-13-00)

-         oběd (13.00-14.00)

-         kontaktní klub

-         odpočinek (14.00-15.30)

-         vodní aktivity, hry bez hranic (15.30-18.30)

-         večeře (18.45-19.45)

-         večerní představení (20.00-21.30)

-         diskotéka (21.30-23.15)

-         večerka (23.30)

Jednotlivé aktivity:

-         strečink

-         pláž I. – škola plavání, plážový volejbal, fotbal ve vodě

-         kontakt klub – přehlídka exotických kostýmů

-         pláž II. – škola potápění, synchronizované plavání, stavění hradů z písku

-         večerní šou – maškaráda

-         diskotéka – diskotékový večer, karaoke šou

Toto je jen část z množství aktivit, jenž si můžete vybrat. Denní program je pouze předběžný a můžeme jej přizpůsobit věku a schopnostem každé skupiny.

Dear gentlmen,

         In italian city Igea Marina- Rimini the summer cultural artistic manifestation is being organized. The right to participate have folklore ensembles, choirs, majorette groups, modern dance , orchestres etc.

-The cultural summer is being held in August( third week) 2010.

- During their staying the groups will have the possibility to visit:

-         Those that are arriving by the bus in their arrival can visit Venezia, and for the time of staying can visit San Marino, Rimini, and Italy miniture.* In their departure they can visit Firenza, Padova or Verona.

-         About these destnations the groups make their own decisions, and we take care of them from the moment of arriving in hostel.

* The Italy miniatura is an entertaiment park in Italy, for which the tickets are not included in the price, but for the groups that sign in on time, there is a posibility that they perform their concert in this entertaiment park and with this all the participants of the concert provide themselves free entrance. So that you could see what kind of park is this you can see on web presentation

-For those that are arriving by the plane the bus transfer is paid additionally from the airport to the place of staying and back, and from our side they will be provided the visit of San Marino and the transport to the Italy miniatura. We can provide you the transport but for some further informations we can make a deal if you are interested.

- For all the others eventual visits we can inform you what would be the price of the bus.

-The ensemble is staying for 6 days not including the trip (6 full boards).

-Accommodation is in a hostel .

- Each room has its own bathroom.

- Warm water 24 hours a day.

- Food is three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and diner).

-The performings of the groups are organized.

- For the groups that are arriving by the bus the parking and check point( Venice, Firenza, Verona) are not included in the price. If the group goes to visit Venece from the parking Punta Sabbioni( where the check point is cheaper) we can make the reservation for the ship which debarks near Piace San Marco and get you back to the bus, and the price per person for the ship we will let you know.

 In the spare time different activities and parties are organized:

- In the programmes are included the professional animators, and every day, if the groups are interested, they organize a lot of activities and different entertainment , such as school of swimming, games without borders, disco etc.

Everything that is mentioned above is included in a price of 210 euros per person.

First payment of 50 euros per person will make a reservation, and the rest of the 160 euros has to be paid by the time of entering the hostel.

The groups are in the obligation to provide themselves the health insurance which covers the complete period of their staying.

Tickets for museums, fun parks and stadiums also are not included in the price.
